27th June 2013 - During a routine inspection pdf icon

We spoke with two people who were waiting to see the dentist. They told us they were happy with the treatment they received and would recommend the practice. They told us they felt involved in their treatment and were given sufficient information to make an informed decision.

We observed the reception staff talking to people on the telephone and as they entered the dental practice. They were polite and did not disclose any personal information which other people could hear.

We looked around the practice and saw that equipment met the required health and safety standards.

We looked at a range of records which showed people had their oral health needs assessesed and the practice monitored the quality of care provided.
