25th September 2012 - During a routine inspection
Patients told us that the staff maintained their dignity and privacy at all times when providing care. Staff always ensured that the screens were always pulled around the beds when care and treatment were provided. Patients told us "Staff are very good and always happy to help when called." Patients also told us that they could shower whenever they wanted to and that the staff always treated them with respect and were sensitive to their individual needs.
