13th July 2011 - During a routine inspection pdf icon

During our visit on 13 July 2011, people told us that they and their families were involved in the decision making about the care and treatment they received. They also told us that they were aware of the support available including the advocacy services. People told us that staff were supportive and that they were happy with the care and treatment they were receiving. People spoken with said that they felt very safe and supported and would speak up if they had any concerns.

People using the service said that they were able to share their views with staff and other professionals and felt that they were listened to.
