People were provided with a range of written and verbal information including types of dental treatments and their costs.

All of the people who we spoke with said that they were treated with dignity and respect by all members of staff.

People said that they were very satisfied with the standard and quality of the support, care and treatment they had received. Although people knew who to speak with if they had a concern or complaint, they said that they had no cause to do so.

There were effective infection control and clinical waste management systems in place to protect people who used the service, the public and the environment respectively.

People told us that they had trust and confidence in the competency and skills of staff.

There were adequate recruitment and staff systems in place to protect people who used the service from unsuitable staff.

Quality assurance systems were in place to ensure that people received safe dental care and treatment. People had opportunities to inform the practice about areas where they were doing well and any areas they may consider could be improved upon.
