22nd November 2013 - During a routine inspection pdf icon

We spoke with one patient at the practice and they told us that they had been a member of the practice for many years. They also told us that they were extremely pleased with the service provided at the practice and travelled a long distance to attend appointments.

We observed one patients appointment with their consent and found that the dentist welcomed them and showed a good knowledge of the patient and their family. We observed the dentist explain what they were going to do during the appointment and ensure that the patient was happy to continue.
