11th July 2012 - During a routine inspection

We saw that staff were polite and welcoming to people entering the premises. We spoke to three people who use the service and they indicated, they were very pleased with the service they received. They felt their privacy, dignity and independence were respected.

The three people we spoke with told us they thought this practice offered a good quality service. One person said “I am on a dental plan through my work, they (the staff) always tell me the cost of my treatment up front, so I know how much I need to pay.”

The three people we spoke with told us they thought this practice offered a good quality service. One person said, “I have been coming here all my life, all of our family have. There has never been any problems, the staff are all very nice and helpful.”
