27th March 2013 - During a routine inspection pdf icon

People using the service thought they were satisfied with the treatment they had received and way it was provided. One person said "I was very happy with everything I received from this surgery". The procedure for consultation and treatment had been explained clearly to them as well as how much it cost. "You guys are lovely people keep it up". People using the service were also told about any risks that might arise from the treatment they chose. They felt treated with dignity and respect by the surgery and had received consultations and treatment in private. They did not comment on the surgery infection control systems or numbers of staff. They did say "Excellent, I was put at ease immediately and the receptionist was brilliant". They also told us they thought the surgery was clean, tidy and was well maintained. They said they were aware of the complaints procedure and how it operated.
