9th April 2013 - During a routine inspection
We spoke with three people who were patients at the practice. All spoke very highly of the treatment and service they received. We saw that the practice ensured consent to treatment was clearly explained and recorded as were fees and treatment plans. The practice was part of the Denplan Excel Accreditation scheme and received two visits per year from external assessors as well as undertaking patient questionnaires on the quality of the service they provided. The practice had regular team meetings to discuss new processes and areas for development.
22nd December 2011 - During a routine inspection
We spoke with two patients at the practice who told us they found all the staff friendly and polite, and their treatment options and care was explained to them very clearly. Patients told us they felt safe when having treatment and that they trusted the dentist.
