People spoken with were very complimentary about the service they received. They told us that they were treated well by staff and involved in making decisions and choices about their treatments.

Patient files we looked at were very detailed in respect of the dental assessments and treatments offered to patients and showed us that all options were discussed with patients so that they could make informed decisions about their treatment.

Staff were trained and skilled to carry out their work and to protect people from the risk of abuse.

The practice was clean and there were robust systems in place to reduce the risk and spread of infections.

The practice had systems in place to obtain and act on the views and experiences of people who used the service and there were arrangements in place to regularly assess, monitor and improve the service.
