31st May 2013 - During a routine inspection

We spoke on the telephone to three people using the service. All said staff were friendly, the practice was always clean and tidy, they were able to make appointments when they needed to and they knew how to make a complaint. They all told us they had been consulted about their own or their children’s treatment and the orthodontist always explained the treatment options available to them and the cost of the treatment.

One person using the service said “The orthodontist is excellent, my son had a phobia about his mouth but the orthodontist has an excellent manner with children and my son even looks forward to going now”. Another person said “I have three children who go there. It’s really a very good practice. I am really happy with the treatment all of my children have received”. Another person told us they had been a patient at the practice for fifteen years and had always been happy with the service.
