20th November 2013 - During a routine inspection pdf icon

We spoke with one patient at the practice and they told us that they thought the dentist was good. They also told us that they liked the staff because they were friendly and happy. They also told us that the dentist listened to what they wanted and explained what treatment they could have and how to improve their oral health.

We found that there were suitable systems in place to obtain consent and provide treatment appropriately. We also found that the provider had suitable arrangements in place to prevent the spread of infection and found that the provider had completed appropriate checks on staff. We also found that there was a suitable complaints procedure in place.
