We spoke with two people using the service and they told us they were happy with their treatment and the way the practice was run. They told us the dentists always explained their treatment options and the costs before any treatment was carried out. One person said “it’s a very good practice. I’ve been coming here many years and my children also come. We’re very satisfied.” Another person said “I’ve never had any problems, the dentist is fantastic.”

We looked at the records for seven people using the service. We saw that people agreed to their treatment and their medical history and treatment plans were updated at each appointment.

The provider had infection control systems in place and procedures were followed and recorded by staff working in the surgery. Regular infection control audits were completed to make sure that people were treated safely.

The provider followed staff recruitment procedures to make sure that appropriate staff were appointed. All clinical staff working in the surgery were qualified and professionally registered.

There were effective systems in place for managing complaints and people using the service told us they felt confident the provider would investigate and resolve any concerns they had.
