15th January 2014 - During a routine inspection pdf icon

All five of the patients we spoke with were complimentary of the care they received from Stoke Dental. Comments included “I have no complaints what so ever”, “excellent, it really is excellent” and “If you can like a dentist, then I like this dentist”.

People’s privacy, dignity and independence were respected.

Care and treatment was planned and delivered in a way that was intended to ensure people's safety and welfare.

People who used the service were protected from the risk of abuse, because the provider had taken reasonable steps to identify the possibility of abuse and prevent abuse from happening.

People were cared for in a clean, hygienic environment by staff that were supported to deliver care and treatment safely and to an appropriate standard.
