People told us that treatments were always explained fully to them as were the risks, benefits and costs of treatment. One person told us ‘’All my treatments are explained well and I am give enough time to consider all my options.’’

People we spoke said that they were very satisfied with the treatment they received at the practice. One person told us, ‘’The dentists are great. A real family dentist and we have been coming here for over twenty-five years.’’ Another person said, ‘’There is no difference in the quality of service whether you are a private paying or NHS patient. I have never had any complaints or worries about the dentists here.’’

People we spoke with told us that they had no concerns or worries about the service and that they felt confident and safe when receiving dental treatments.
