The Beeches Dental Practice was on the ground floor therefore suitable for patients with limited mobility. The patients we spoke to had all attended for a number of years and were very pleased with the treatment and care they had received at the practice. The majority of the adult patients were seen under private or insurance contracts and were fully aware of the costs involved. Children were mostly seen under the NHS. Patients said they were consulted about their treatment and we saw that this was recorded in the clinical records.

Staff told us that they had worked at the practice for a many years and were supported to develop themselves and supported each other in their job roles.

We saw that the practice was clean, hygienic and had high standards of infection control.

Records were accurate and fit for purpose, stored securely and kept for the appropriate length of time.
