27th February 2013 - During a routine inspection pdf icon

We spoke to three people who used the service and they were all very complimentary about the practice. One commented "the practice is professional, friendly and efficient". Another commented “I cannot sing their praises enough, they even looked after my baby whilst I was being treated". The final one mentioned the outstanding service and that they would definitely recommend the practice if anyone needed orthodontic treatment. They all felt it was good value, and that they were well informed about the choices, the cost and possible outcomes of their treatment.

We only spoke to people who had used the orthodontic service. However the practice was able to provide evidence from the regular patient and referring practice satisfaction questionnaires as well as the NHS commissioning organisation for the periodontal service that this additional service was also very highly regarded. The practice staff have mostly been with the practice for a considerable length of time which enabled the practice team to know the users of their services well, and deliver quality care in a clean caring environment.
