20th January 2014 - During a routine inspection pdf icon

We spoke with four people who used the practice. They made positive comments about the service, one person described the practice as "very, very good". Another person told us that they were “more than pleased” with their experience of using the practice. People also told us how they had their dental treatment explained to them with one person commenting that the dentist had been “very clear” when explaining treatment options. There were arrangements in place to protect children and vulnerable adults from the risk of abuse. Everyone we spoke to said that the practice environment was clean when they visited. One person described it as “fresh and clean”. We found that there were effective procedures in place for the decontamination of dental instruments. We also found that quality monitoring systems were in place that included seeking the views of people that used the service.
