We spoke with two people who received treatment the day of our visit. They told us that they were very happy with the service provided. They said that ‘you get what you pay for’ at this practice as they had always received very good treatment and care. They would not go anywhere else. They felt that they had not had any reason to complain about any aspect of the service.

One person we spoke with was new to the practice and this was their first visit. They said that the practice had been recommended to them from a friend who was a trainee dentist and that the cost of treatments was very reasonable.

The two people we spoke with said that they were given plenty of information about their treatment and it was always explained really well to them. They felt relaxed and could ask any questions about their dental treatment. They said that they knew the costs at the beginning and could discuss options with the dentist at anytime. They felt that their decisions and opinions were respected by the staff.
