30th October 2012 - During a routine inspection

We talked with three people who were visiting the surgery on the afternoon of the compliance visit. We also spoke with one person on the phone following the visit. People told us they had a good relationship with the dental surgeons and other staff. People said that their treatment was explained to them. People said they would definitely recommend the practice to others.

Comments included:

"They've been fantastic....I can't fault them.";

"I had a lot of problems with my root canal - I wanted to save my teeth rather than saying let's pull the teeth out and [the dentist] worked with this and went along - even though it took a lot of time and visits." and

"Every time I come in, the service is good".

We looked to see if there were any comments made by people who used the service on the NHS Choices website but there were no recent comments made about this dental practice.
