20th May 2013 - During a routine inspection
People who used the service told us that they were provided with sufficient information to enable them to make decisions about their dental treatment. They also told us that they were happy with the treatment and care they received. Comments made included; "I have been fully consulted at all stages of my treatment and am given enough information to make my own choices about the treatment I receive." "I have always been treated with respect." "I have had a lot of treatment here and am very happy with that treatment. I have every confidence in the dentists and staff." "I am very nervous and they have put me at my ease." Suitable arrangements had been made in respect of preventing the spread of potential infections, providing appropriate training for staff and ensuring the quality of the service provided was being maintained.
