19th March 2012 - During a routine inspection

The people we spoke with said they were satisfied with the treatment they had received, and were positive about the service. They said the dentist explained their treatment options to them, offered them choices, and told them how much it would cost. The people we spoke with said they had not had to wait long for an appointment.
