5th February 2014 - During a routine inspection pdf icon

We spoke with four patients at the practice all of who commented positively about the treatment they had received from The Exeter Dental Centre, comments included “very good”, “everything is easy” and “really impressive”, “I am very nervous but they are very reassuring” and “It’s very good, I can’t grumble”.

People’s privacy, dignity and independence were respected and care and treatment was planned and delivered in a way that was intended to ensure people's safety and welfare.

People who used the service were protected from the risk of abuse, because the provider had taken reasonable steps to identify the possibility of abuse and prevent abuse from happening.

People were cared for in a clean, hygienic environment.

People were cared for by staff who were supported to deliver care and treatment safely and to an appropriate standard.
