19th March 2012 - During a routine inspection

People received enough information for them to make an informed decision about using the services offered by the practice. Feedback from people showed that many of them have used the practice for many years and were pleased with the services they received. They all said they did not have to wait a long time for an appointment and were seen promptly when they attended their appointment.

Three out of four people we spoke with were satisfied that the dentists provided the necessary information about their treatment options and costs for them to decide what treatment they wanted. However, one person said “my own dentist is very good at explaining things to me, but others were not so good”.

People confirmed that the practice was kept to a good standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
