19th April 2013 - During an inspection in response to concerns pdf icon

The Care Quality Commission received information of concern in relation to the infection control practice followed by Mr Hamid Reza Forghani Ashkezari.

We visited the practice and looked at the systems in place in relation to cleanliness, hygiene and infection control. We spoke to Mr Hamid Reza Forghani Ashkezari and two dental nurses. One of which, was the dedicated lead on infection control. We found that there were suitable arrangements in place to maintain a clean and hygienic environment. Practice followed ensured suitable arrangements for infection control were in place.

9th March 2012 - During a routine inspection pdf icon

People told us that they had been fully involved in discussions with the dentist about the treatments available to them and any costs involved.

People felt that their privacy and dignity was respected by all staff who worked at the practice with appropriate time available for private consultation.

People told us that they were happy with their treatment and that the appointment system met their needs.

We were told that people felt safe and were well cared for by the dentist and practice staff.

People told us that the practice was kept very clean and staff used protective clothing.
