17th October 2012 - During a routine inspection

We spoke with five people who were all very positive about the service that they received from The Orthodontic Practice. People told us that they received a friendly service, were kept well informed and were offered choices about their treatment.

One person said, “I have no complaints at all. I have always had a great service from the dentist”.

Another person said, “I am so pleased with how my teeth look now, the staff here have always been very kind and respectful of me, they always ask me my opinion.”

Another person said, "When I see the difference this practice has made to my daughters teeth, and how happy she is with them I am so pleased for her. They have been very kind to her here and made us all feel very comfortable".
