People described the practice as being welcoming and friendly. People spoke very positively about the quality of the service they had received. One person told us, "I am really happy with how things are progressing.” A relative who was accompanying their daughter said, “We are really pleased, the dentist always tells us what he is doing and explains the treatment options to us.”

People we spoke with told us that everything was always explained to them. One person said, “I was given lots of information to take away that explained what I should do, I liked being able to choose the colour of my brace, thats really cool!.”

During our visit we saw the practice was clean and tidy. Processes were in place to ensure that equipment was safe to use and high levels of cleanliness maintained. A relative said "The practice is always clean, the nurse and dentist always wears aprons, glasses and gloves."

People received treatment from suitably qualified, skilled and experienced staff. Appropriate checks had been undertaken before staff began work.
