We spoke with five people who used the service and they all said they were happy with the care and treatment they had received at the dental practice. People said the dentist had explained the care and treatment choices available to them. Everyone we spoke with said they did not have any concerns about the practice. One person said, “The dentist definitely explains things and makes you comfortable.” Another person said, “You are never rushed. I’m very happy and have been coming for years.” Another person said, “It’s an excellent service. I’m extremely happy.”

People we spoke with were complimentary about the staff who worked at the practice and said they were treated with respect. They told us that their confidentiality, privacy and dignity were always maintained. One person said, “Everyone is always very polite and kind.”

Staff told us people received good care and treatment, and their needs were appropriately met. They said people who used the service received support which was planned to make sure it met their individual circumstances. Staff also said good systems were in place to make sure people were listened to.
