12th December 2013 - During a routine inspection pdf icon

During our inspection we spoke to the provider, the practice manager and two other members of staff. We received feedback from seven people who used the service on the day of our visit via a questionnaire they had completed. We also looked at testimonials and feedback on the provider’s website from people who had used this service. People told us that they were very pleased with the service they had received. They told us they had enough information to make a decision about their treatment. They said they were given treatment options and were able to make informed decisions on what treatment they received.

We were told that the dentist and other staff fully explained any treatment they were being offered and that they were encouraged to ask questions about their treatment. People said they were provided with clear information about the cost of the different treatments.

We were told that all the staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. People said that appointments were flexible to meet their needs. People told us they were able to ask any questions about the service provided and that staff explained things clearly.

We saw that the premises of this service were clean, hygienic and well maintained. People told us that the premises were always clean and fresh.

People told us they knew how to make a complaint if they had any problems with the service.
