14th October 2013 - During a routine inspection pdf icon

The three patients we spoke with during the inspection all commented positively about the treatment they had received from The River Practice Specialist Dental Centre, comments included, “very good”, “brilliant” and “I have complete confidence in these guys”.

People’s privacy, dignity and independence were respected and care and treatment was delivered in a way that was intended to ensure people's safety and welfare.

People who used the service were protected from the risk of abuse, because the provider had taken reasonable steps to identify the possibility of abuse and prevent abuse from happening.

People were cared for in a clean, hygienic environment.

People were protected from the risks of unsafe or inappropriate care and treatment because accurate and appropriate records were maintained.
