10th January 2013 - During a routine inspection pdf icon

During our inspection on the 10 January 2013 we spoke to six people who were attending the dentist for treatment. One person said, “The practice is excellent and staff are very good at explaining treatment options and related charges”. Another person described staff as being, ”Gentle, very kind and always asking about any changes to our health or medication since the last visit”.

Safeguarding children and safeguarding vulnerable adults arrangements for ensuring that staff were trained and had a clear policy to follow, were issues we noted for improvement.

The practice’s infection control processes that we observed ensured that people were kept safe from the risk of infection.

The premises were comfortable, safe and appropriately maintained for their purpose.
