12th December 2013 - During a routine inspection pdf icon

We spoke with two people who used the service and both people told us that they were happy with the service they received. One person told us that they had been pleased with the treatment they had received and another person told us that the dentist explained to them their findings and gave them treatment options. We were told that staff were polite and friendly and they did not have any complaints.

We found that the provider had appropriate systems in place to obtain and record consent, and treatment plans were provided to people who required further treatment. We found that the service had suitable safeguarding policies in place and guidance had been followed in relation to infection control. We also found that there was a suitable complaints procedure available.
