The people who used the service said they were very happy with the treatments they received. They said they understood the treatment choices available to them and they had been fully involved in their treatment plan. They described the staff as courteous and professional and had no concerns to raise about the standard of hygiene in the surgery.

Staff were trained on how to safeguard children and adults from abuse and harm.

Arrangements were in place to deal with emergencies. Staff were trained in life saving skills and emergency equipment, including oxygen and emergency drugs was located in the surgery.
