27th November 2012 - During a routine inspection

We spoke with six patients who told us that they were happy with the service provided. Patients told us they were very satisfied with the clinic. They said they never had to wait long for appointments, and in an emergency they had always been seen on the same day. One person said “I have no complaints everything has been explained to my daughter. I am very impressed they make you feel very welcome”. Another person said “My daughter is very happy with her treatment they managed to do it without much pain, the orthodontist is very good”. Patients said their treatment plans were always explained and discussed with them, including choices about treatment and costs. Patients said that the clinic was always clean, and all the staff were friendly, welcoming and respectful.
