19th February 2013 - During a routine inspection

During our visit, we spoke to three patients and one told us; "It's wonderful here and the dentist is quite reassuring. All my family come here". Another patient told us; "It's a good practice and its always very clean and you always know the fees in advance."

We spoke to the staff who told us that they enjoyed working there and that they prided themselves on providing an excellent service to their patients.

We looked at the cleanliness of the surgery and the safety processes that they have in place to protect the health of their patients. We looked at the support processes in place for the staff and we looked at their complaints procedure.
