29th April 2014 - During an inspection to make sure that the improvements required had been made pdf icon

At our last inspection in December 2012 we judged that this service was not compliant with good practice in relation to the prevention and control of infection. Following this inspection we were sent an action plan to detail what action was planned for the practice to achieve compliance.

At this inspection we found that all the actions sent by the CQC to the provider had been acted upon. People were protected from the risk of infection because appropriate guidance had been followed.

11th December 2012 - During a routine inspection pdf icon

People that we spoke with on the day of our visit told us that treatment options were explained and that they were aware of the costs that would be incurred. We were told that staff were friendly and welcoming and that appointments were easy to make. People confirmed that their medical histories were taken prior to their treatment being commenced. One person told us "They are all wonderful" and another "Very accommodating practice"

We also looked at patient feedback gathered through surveys and comment forms and noted a number of favorable comments such as "I couldn't ask for a better practice" and "Over the last 12 years we have both received excellent treatment".

You can see our judgements on the front page of this report.
