28th November 2013 - During a routine inspection pdf icon

We spoke with four people during our visit. They were all very pleased with the service that they had received. One said, “He’s always been very helpful”. Another told us, “It’s nice to see the same two people; you can trust them”. A third explained, “They made my mouth guard for rugby and it fits my teeth really well”.

The practice was staffed by the provider and a dental nurse. They had worked at the school for many years and had a good rapport with the pupils.

We found that the practice was very welcoming. People were offered choices about the treatment that they received and were cared for in a safe and clean environment. We observed that people felt comfortable using the service and appeared to relate easily to the staff.
