8th June 2012 - During an inspection to make sure that the improvements required had been made pdf icon

Our follow up inspection was concerned with assessing that the provider had made the necessary improvements to two regulatory areas. Therefore on this occasion we did not seek the views from people who were using the service.

However, at our previous inspection in March 2012 People expressed a high level of confidence in the staff, telling us that staff spent time ensuring that they understood the individual treatment and care options available to them.

Overall, we were told that there was a high level of satisfaction with the service provided. We received very positive comments about the staff, including an expression of “Excellent” from one person.
