28th August 2013 - During a routine inspection

We spoke with two people who used the dental surgery. They both commented positively about the staff and the service they had received.

We were told that consent was sought prior to any examination or treatment. The records we read confirmed this.

People's needs were assessed and care and treatment was planned and delivered in line with their individual treatment plan. People told us they felt confident in the staff and the care they received.

The dentist told us of the regular checks he undertook to ensure the practice was safe and delivering a good service.

Patient and staff records were stored appropriately, and updated as required.
