4th February 2014 - During a routine inspection

We spoke with two patients who used the service. One patient told us, "Before I came to this practice I was absolutely terrified of dentists but this dentist takes her time and talks me through the treatment she is brilliant." They went on to say, "The surgery and dentist is really good, the best I’ve ever had, the practice was recommended to me and I haven't been disappointed at all. I would recommend it to anyone and I have".

Another patient told us, that the dentist and nurse always wear masks and gloves when carrying out treatments. They said “It is the best dentist I have been to for ages, it was recommended to me”.

Patients who used the service told us that they had no difficulty in getting appointments.

Patients who used the service were given appropriate information and support regarding their care or treatment.

We found Wansford Smile Studio to be compliant with all the regulations we inspected against.
