11th July 2013 - During a routine inspection
We spoke with four patients during our inspection. All of whom were highly complementary about their experience of treatment at Waterside Dental Care. Comments included, “very happy 10 out of 10“, "marvellous”, “it’s always clean and tidy, I’m impressed“ and “the dentist is very good ”. People’s privacy, dignity and independence were respected and people experienced care, treatment and support that met their needs and protected their rights. People who used the service were protected from the risk of abuse, because the provider had taken reasonable steps to identify the possibility of abuse and prevent abuse from happening. People were protected from the risk of infection because appropriate guidance had been followed. People were cared for by staff who were supported to deliver care and treatment safely and to an appropriate standard.
