5th August 2013 - During a routine inspection

During our inspection of this service, we were able to speak with one person who told us they and their family had attended the practice for many years. They told us they were very satisfied with the quality of service provided, particularly as they were nervous about dental treatment. They said that any required treatments including costs were fully explained in order for them to make an informed choice.

We found the practice met with requirements in relation to cleanliness and infection control. Staff told us they enjoyed working at the practice and felt happy and well supported in their work.
