19th December 2012 - During a routine inspection pdf icon

People that we spoke with on the day of our visit told us that treatment options were explained and that they were aware of the costs that would be incurred. We were told that the staff were friendly and welcoming and that appointments were easy to make. People told us that their medical histories were taken prior to treatment being commenced. One patient told us "the practice is great with children" and another said "they are really friendly".

We spoke with several staff members who said "it is a lovely practice improving all the time" and another said "just look at everything relating to comfort in the waiting room and reception".
