During the visit we spoke with three people who use the service. All three told us they were very satisfied with the care and treatment they received.

Comments included:

“Everyone is very pleasant and friendly here.”

“Always asking if I have any questions.”

“They are very careful with me.”

“Staff are lovely, really approachable.”

People who use the service said that the dentists explained the treatment

options well. One person said, “They go through everything, my treatment and advice for when at home.”

We also looked at the registered provider's patient feedback forms and surveys. These showed a high level of satisfaction with the service. The majority of people had rated them as ‘very good’. They said they were confident in the dentist, could trust them and felt included in any decisions to be made. People said they could get appointments easily, the practice was clean and they would recommend them to others.

Other comments included:

“Always excellent care and service.”

“Splendid practice, pleased to see you twice a year.”

People told us they felt confident to raise any concerns if they had any.
