We spoke with four people over the course of our visit to the service. All expressed a high level of satisfaction.

One person told us they had been using the practice for about 15 years – since they were a child. They said they were very satisfied with it. They found the staff there to be friendly and helpful. They said that the dentists always told them what they proposed to do, always asked permission before carrying out any examination or treatment and always kept them informed of progress.

Another person, who had also been using the service for many years, told us they wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. They said the dentists were friendly and always took time to explain things to them. They said they had never felt rushed.

Two other people we saw also told us of their good experience of the practice. They said the dentists were gentle and in their opinion were “Very, very good”. Where their treatment had involved a mix of NHS and private work they were always clear on how the costs were to be apportioned and how much they had to pay. They told us that other members of their family also used the practice.
