7th February 2013 - During a routine inspection pdf icon

We were able to speak with two people who used this service. They were very positive about the staff there and the treatment they received. They told us that they were given information about the treatment that they would need and this included how much it was going to cost them. They told us “it’s very friendly here”, “the dentists are very good, very gentle”, and “we’ve been coming here for years, wouldn’t go anywhere else”

We saw that policies and procedure had been put in place to ensure the safety and well being of people using the service. There were regular checks being made of the equipment and medication that might be needed in the event of an emergency. Staff undertook further qualifications and attended training and seminars in order to maintain their professional registration.
