We spoke with six people on the day of our visit and all of them were happy with the service provided by Woodburn Dental Surgery. Comments we received included that the practice was 'fantastic' and 'very accommodating'. One person was pleased that their mother had been seen in a downstairs surgery, because she wouldn't be able to manage the stairs.

People told us that they were generally able to make appointments easily. One person said that they had been offered an appointment on the same day for an urgent concern. People confirmed that their medical histories were taken, and that they were given advice following their treatment.

Staff were aware of their responsibilities to safeguard children and vulnerable adults and procedures were in place to support them. Staff also told us that they were supported in their continuing professional development.
