12th February 2014 - During a routine inspection pdf icon

We spoke with five patients during our visit. Everyone that we spoke with held the practice in high regard. One said, “They’re very professional but friendly and efficient”. Another told us, “I just can’t fault it; I’ve always been treated well”.

We spoke with the provider and five members of staff. They all spoke positively about the practice and told us that they had a good team. They told us about changes that had taken place, such as creating a separate decontamination room, and future refurbishment plans.

We found that the practice was very welcoming. Patients were offered choices about the treatment that they received and were cared for in a safe and clean environment. We observed staff interacting with patients in a kind and cheerful manner. There was a system in place to monitor the quality of service provision and to respond to any new needs or issues.
