17th August 2012 - During a routine inspection pdf icon

People who used the service informed us they were given choices as to their care and shown respect. They said their dignity was maintained whilst they were receiving care and treatment.

They said they were aware why they were in hospital and staff explained what treatment was being given and asked for their consent.

People we spoke with said staff were very good, looked after them well and gave them the support they needed.

One person told us that "Staff look after me, I am aware why I am here and am kept informed of what is happening".
