23rd February 2012 - During a routine inspection pdf icon

People who use this service felt the practice provided a good quality service. Staff were very friendly and appointment times were flexible to meet their needs. The practice was clean well equipped and very well organised.

People felt they were given plenty of information about their treatment options and were kept informed throughout the stages of the treatment. None of the people we spoke with had any concerns about the standard of care they were receiving.

Specific comments from people using the service included: “There are plenty of leaflets available and the website is very good.”

“This is an excellent service.”

“If I had any problem I know that David (the owner) would rather I said something than let it fester. I am more than happy to talk to him.”

One staff member said, “I like the fact that I can take time with the patients.”

Another member of staff felt that the whole ethos of the practice was very much preventive oral health and not just a case of treat the problem when it occurs.
