22nd March 2013 - During a routine inspection

We found a professional and well organised practice. The staff were friendly and approachable. They demonstrated excellent understanding of how to provide a person centred service. The customer care was central to the delivery and there was a lot of evidence that people valued the service offered to them.

Excerpts from the practice comments book told us:- "Very good treatment, friendly and helpful", "Most efficient dental practice ever", "A very friendly and reassuring environment".

We asked the staff what they thought of the practice and they told us, "It is a lovely practice. He takes time to explain everything to nervous patients". "I love it here it is very homey".

A highly compliant service delivered in a well presented facility.
